Are you an experienced HGV driver looking for a change, or do you love lorries but have no experience yet?

About the position

Thanks to our seven different operations, we can offer work to experienced HGV drivers looking for new challenges, as well as beginners who want to learn the trade.

Either way, you'll have the backing of a stable company that treats you fairly and uses modern equipment.

We're not your typical pallet haulier.
You can choose whether to carry bulk goods in a tipper, walking floor trailer, tanker or one of our specialist vehicles. No waiting around at loading docks, wondering what happens next.

Don't have a C+E licence yet? No problem.

If you're willing to work and have the right attitude, we'll help you with:

  • getting your C+E licence,
  • obtaining your Driver CPC qualification,
  • comprehensive training.

Above all, we're looking for someone reliable. We'll work everything else out together.

Candidate FAQs

You finish every working day at the depot and drive home. Unlike in international transport, you won't spend weeks in the cab. This applies to all regional routes.

For most positions, you need a category C+E licence and a valid driver card. A category C licence is sufficient for some vehicles. If you only have category B, get in touch — we can advise you on upgrading your licence.

VAPAS operates 7 depots in different regions of the Czech Republic. Call us or send us a message — we'll be happy to tell you where we're currently recruiting and which depot is nearest to you.

Both the basic salary and performance-related pay vary depending on the type of transport and the depot. We'll discuss the specific terms over the phone.

No. We'll provide professional training, including GMP+. Reliability and a valid driving licence are what matter most.
